  • Raspberry muffins

      I was delighted with these muffins. Added a handful of chopped macadamias and chopped milk chocolate. Made 24 muffins. Also used grapeseed oil as didn't have vegetable oil. Will definitely repeat. Took 20 minutes in my oven.

  • Date and walnut scones

      These scones worked really really well. Light as a feather! I left out the walnuts as I felt they were unnecessary. Got 11 large scones out of dough. Will definitely repeat. I am in search of the ultimate scone recipe - these are a contender.

  • Roasted pork belly with garlic and braised red cabbage

      Cabbage is very good. Requires 24 hours prep time.
