Notes about this book

The Garlic Croutons on page 114 are very nice. I put them back on the grill after brushing with the anchovy mixture to crispen them further.

The Romaine Salad with Garlic Dressing on page 86 is excellent. The dressing is made by simmering chicken stock and garlic cloves until the cloves are tender. Then using only 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and anchovy fillets, the dressing gets blended into a nice creamy rich tasting dressing. This will be my go to Caesar Salad dressing
