      This soup was great, with a slight variation. Instead of wiping out all the rendered fat from browning the chorizo, I left some of the fat and it made the soup extra flavorful (but I guess not as healthy).

      Could use a little more heat, but a great weekday quick meal, especially with my CSA kale.
