      This is a recipe that I come back to repeatedly -- especially on a night when I just don't have much time for meal prep!

      Delicious and so simple to make. And the only item that I might not already have in my pantry is the capers, so that makes for a short grocery list! I usually serve this with rice or quinoa.

      This is delicious and our whole family enjoys it. I typically choose to just roast my asparagus in the oven though, thus eliminating the need for the lemon juice.
