    Would love to find the Christmas pudding recipe i have this book

    p270 the lemon delicious pudding really isn't right. Vastly too much sugar, the mixture is too much for the stated size of dish and it ends up with the thinnest possible layer of pudding floating in too much sauce. Not at all up to the other recipes in this book.

    p.199 the sour & spicy beef braise is fantastic - so fragrant and really well-balanced flavours. We have it with rice and some sort of salad.
