      These turned out really well and were a hit with my teenage boys. I was unsure about the flavour combination but were really nice - I used limes. Made 13 muffins.

      These are seriously delicious and can be made by hand without the need of a mixer. I used three ladyfinger bananas. Will definitely make them regularly.

      This was a hit with my family (all male) I used a combination of tinned and fresh tomatoes as I didn't have enough fresh which was fine. I cooked it for two hours and then turned off the oven while I went to a movie - the meat fell off the bone. It feeds way more than 4 although I had 5 shanks instead of 4. A definite repeat - it would also be nice in a pie.

      This was a great chicken curry that I will definitely make again. I didn't bother deseeding all the dried chillies although I knew my chillies weren't particularly hot. Very straightforward recipe and didn't take long to cook.
