Why “La Tartine Gourmande” as the name of my blog?

I just loved to combine these two French words into a name. La Tartine Gourmande is just what I like. I can explain. In French, une tartine means an open sandwich with a topping or spread on top. Gourmande is the French to describe anyone who cannot resist food. I think this is a good term to describe me too.
