Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Thai tomato salad

    • lkgrover on September 28, 2019

Good side dish with easy preparation (no cooking required). I julienned both the carrot & zucchini instead of grating them. I especially recommend as an accompaniment for spicy curries, because this is not hot.

  • Honeyed duck and apricot tagine

    • lkgrover on January 13, 2018

Delicious tagine; I like the apricot and tomato combination in savory recipes.

  • Tuna steaks with miso-glazed tomatoes

    • lkgrover on November 15, 2022

Loved this tuna & tomatoes; the sauce is slightly sweet. I increased the tomatoes by 30%. Recommend wearing an apron to peel the cherry tomatoes (it is easier than I expected, but messy).

  • Tomato risotto

    • lkgrover on July 29, 2022

Good risotto for tomato-lovers. I did not use celery.
