      I had to use sirloin and this was just ok. I think the steak probably should marinate overnight as it wasn't as flavorful as I wanted.

      An innovative and delicious salad, which comes together quickly. The cashew dressing is to die for. I doubled the recipe and I look forward to using it for other dishes. Definitely a keeper recipe which I will make again and again.

  • Saag paneer, but with feta

      Wonderful. I won’t order takeout again. Make a double batch of the Saag and pour half into a pint jar for another meal that won’t seem like leftovers.

  • Sour cream dressing

      I substituted 2% Greek yogurt for the sour cream and the dressing turned out great. Served it with a salad composed of romaine, iceberg, tomato, avocado, corn, and chives. Delicious.
