Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Lemon and ricotta cake (Torta di limone e ricotta)

    • Astrid5555 on May 21, 2024

Made this with some leftover ricotta to bring to the office, got rave reviews from my colleagues!

  • Almond biscotti (Cantuccini)

    • stef on May 02, 2024

This is a biscotti with no oil or butter in the ingredients. Definitely one for dipping into wine or coffee. Slightly wetting my hands helped the dough come together. Easy and quick to make.

  • Apple cake (Torta di mele)

    • stef on June 07, 2024

The cake is an upside down apple cake. The cake part is a very moist dense sponge cake. This is a not too sweet cake which was great for breakfast but I would not hesitate to serve it for dessert with ice cream or whipped cream. Great to make with any lingering apples
