    re - creamed corn potatoes - just looking at the preparation, I knew there was no way raw potatoes and garlic would cook together for 12 minutes in butter and be cooked equally...but I did it anyways. lol. The result was almost burnt garlic and undercooked potatoes. I salvaged it by adding stock to finish cooking the potatoes. Finished the recipe as noted (but added some parm. at the end) and it was a satisfying side.
