  • Rabarbrakake

    • lkgrover on April 14, 2023

Excellent rhubarb cake with almonds & raspberries. Recipe makes a small cake, only 15 cm (6 inches); serves 4-6.

  • Lobster mac(Leod) 'n' cheese

    • lkgrover on April 04, 2024

Excellent "macaroni and cheese" with lobster and pancetta. The recipe fills a 9 x 13 baking dish. I substituted smoked cheddar for Gruyere (to reduce costs; this recipe is expensive!).

  • Chocolate oaty crumbles

    • lean1 on March 31, 2024

very nice little biscuit but very crumbly. Should have made it a little thicker. My batch made over 20.

    • KCKB on April 15, 2023

A lovely, simple and delicious recipe! Quick and easy to throw together, and very tasty.
