  This is TERRIFIC! We’ve started to call it: This soup is so good, you won’t believe it’s good for you! Definitely gives you your 5-a-day veggie hit. Can sub in lots of different green veggie but the spinach really makes the green!
Gorgonzola, honey and asparagus tartlets (Tortini di aspargi, miele e Gorgonzola)

  This was great and oh, so easy! OMG, buy some puff pastry (I didn’t even have to roll it as it fitted exactly into pan), some Gorgonzola, some asparagus. That’s it. I didn’t make four small tarts but one big one. Use the honey! It adds a lovely note.
Lasagne with a succulent lamb ragù (Lasagne con ragù di agnello)

  Great flavours, the courgette really adds something and helps bring out the flavour of the lamb
