      p. 66 - I made a number of modifications to this recipe after looking at a few of my books and, some online recipes. Some of the fundamentals were the same though and I've recorded my changes in the book including the use of soy sauce instead of fish sauce, the addition of cayenne, honey vs sugar. The resulting dish was amazing, we'll definitely make it again. Having leftovers tonight atop chicken burgers. Last night it was a side dish to spicy grilled pork chops. Excellent.
