  • Mushrooms à la Russe

      Did not bother with the boiling of the mushrooms, I just washed, trimmed and sliced them. I cooked them down until there was no liquid before adding the flour. I don't know how The Russian Tea Room used to serve these, but I had them with toast points. Very rich and very good.
