Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Double marble loaf cake

    • Foodycat on May 20, 2026

Really good cake! I used SR flour with a little extra baking soda because I was out of plain flour, and olive oil in the glaze because I love the flavour of olive oil with chocolate. Took about 50 minutes to bake. Really tender crumb.

  • Miso and white chocolate cookies

    • stef on June 03, 2026

Nice sweet and salty taste. Crunchy edges with soft centre. Made half the recipe. Used a #40 scoop a d got 30. They spread a bit. Baking time 11 minutes.

  • Brown butter rye chocolate chip cookies

    • SKidd on March 26, 2026

Good flavor, easy recipe. Kind of crumbly/difficult to scoop though I did use chocolate chips and a smaller scoop than suggested. Will bake off more in a couple of days and see how the flavor changes.
