The Mayan mystery cookies were wonderful. I use the recipe for rhubarb bread at least once a year.

Needs some sort of sauce. I had a boneless loin, & couldn't make the sauce in the recipe. At first we ate it without sauce, & it was kind of boring. Makes delicious leftovers cold in sandwich form (ours had mayo, balsamic onions, arugula & potato bread). Later incarnation with fresh corn polenta & raw tomato sauce (with balsamic vin) was also excellent.
