    Pork salad: nice flavours, but 150g minced pork as the main ingredient nowhere near enough to serve 4 as suggested, unless you are serving very very small portions along with other dishes. Used the fat from the pork chops instead of separate fat from bacon.

    Ribs: Delicious: I used a bought thai red curry paste. Only marinated for about 6-8 hours but the taste was still great. Would make again.
