    Until it is indexed, I recommend the salmon balls nicoise, made in the food processor with 1 1/4 pounds of salmon fillet. It is great!

    This book really works. I have made many of the recipes and she taught me how to roast meatballs on a rimmed cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non stick spray and the raw meat/fish balls also sprayed. I am writing about individual recipes.
