Notes about this book

  • okcook on March 02, 2012

This is a good introduction to Indonesian cookery. It has a large section explaining the various ingredients used in Indonesian food including photos of them. This is very useful because there are a lot of unfamiliar ones. The recipes are nicely organized with pictures of most of the dishes.
