    I believe this is the 15th book in the Microwave Cooking Library. The first fourteen are: Basic Microwaving, Recipe Conversion for Microwave, Microwaving Meats, Microwave Baking and Desserts, Microwaving Meals in 30-Minutes, Microwaving on a Diet, Microwaving Fruits and Vegetables, Microwaving Convenience Foods, Microwaving for Holidays and Parties, Microwaving for One and Two, The Microwave and the Freezer, 101 Microwaving Secrets, Microwaving Light and Healthy, and Microwaving Poultry and Seafood. The first 12 books are identical to the Litton Microwave Series published between 1978 to 1982. They have different titles and covers, but otherwise they are identical. All books were written by Barbara Methven. Several in the series had a co-author. These recipes were requested by the publisher to their subscribers, and this book was the compilation of those requests.
