    I believe this is the 18th book in the Microwave Cooking Library. The first seventeen are: Basic Microwaving, Recipe Conversion for Microwave, Microwaving Meats, Microwave Baking and Desserts, Microwaving Meals in 30-Minutes, Microwaving on a Diet, Microwaving Fruits and Vegetables, Microwaving Convenience Foods, Microwaving for Holidays and Parties, Microwaving for One and Two, The Microwave and the Freezer, 101 Microwaving Secrets, Microwaving Light and Healthy, Microwaving Poultry and Seafood, Microwaving America’s Favorites, Microwaving Fast and Easy Main Dishes, and More Microwaving Secrets. The first 12 books are identical to the Litton Microwave Series published between 1978 to 1982. They have different titles and covers, but otherwise they are identical. Most of the books were written by Barbara Methven. Several in the series had a co-author, and one was a compilation of recipes sent in by subscribers.
