      Tasty, repeat worthy cookie that received high praise. Be sure to toast pecans first. Used a 1 TBS scoop, yielding 27 cookies. Baked for 7 minutes. I question how the 1/3 cup dough/cookie measurement in the book could fully bake in 8 minutes. Just as directed, I did not chill dough before baking. Dough did not spread.

      This recipe was fast and easy. Too easy. I wondered if this recipe was tested and it was clear it wasn’t . It tasted great and held its shape out of the freezer for 10 minutes. I took it in my cool car and looked down a few minutes later to see it went from frozen solid to soup.
