    Got Homegrown tomatoes? This is the perfect appetizer for a party. Add the optional Jamon, parmesean and drops of olive oil and these will be swooped up by your guests in no time. Everyone loved it especially the base of tomato and their juices in the bread.

    I used a can of tomato sauce in place of the grated tomatoes. It was pretty decent.

    Fairly easy and quite good. I used candied citrus peel for the candied fruit. Yum!
