Macadamia Nut Cinnamon rolls - I made half the recipe using my kitchen aid and did not knead by hand. Dough is nice and soft and the filling is sweet enough with a good cinnamon flavor. I find a lot of cinnamon buns a bit sparse on the filling. The frosting needed tweaking. 1/4 - 1/3 cup orange juice is too much and makes a runny glaze. I added 2T and still had to add additional powdered sugar to thicken. The orange flavor is not very prominent but adds a nice tang. I have a go to recipe for cinnamon rolls and this will not replace it but this is a very good version.
