I did amend quantities as I made 8 individual puddings. Used 500g bag Aldi mixed berries (the one without strawberries) and a 350g bag raspberries. The principle of layering worked well & was able to freeze individual ones for later. NB I made the bread from the same book to use in this. It was nice but I kind of missed the doughy stuff from a ready-made loaf you normally use!
