  • Katsu tofu burger

      Though the mayo was wonderful (4/5) and a great taste approximation of katsu curry, those thick slabs of tofu were (expectedly) kind of bland, even after pressing them out. I think making two half-thick slabs, sandwiched with the condiments, would markedly improve the recipe!
