    This has been my favorite cocktail of the summer. It's very pretty and has great flavor. There is a definite bitterness from the Campari and grapefruit bitters tempered by the sweetness of the blood orange soda.

    Pretty cocktail. I liked the combination of bitterness from the Campari & Amaro and the fresh sweetness from the orange.

    Just what I was looking forward to. I subbed in a toasted coconut simple syrup and it was delicious.

    Adds actual calf brain infused rum that’s been put through a centrifuge.

    I think this is good but need to try in a few more cocktails. I might have to decrease the ginger (seems a little overpowering) and up the clove, allspice and pepper...maybe toast spices ahead of time.
