Publishers Text

Stephen Marwick has been cooking in the West Country for 35 years, 29 of them with his wife and partner Judy with whom he runs his current restaurant, Culinaria in Bristol. In this culinary memoir, written with award-winning food writer Fiona Beckett, he recalls his early days at the stove and shares some of his favourite recipes inspired by such iconic British cooks as Elizabeth David, Jane Grigson and George Perry-Smith.
