      These are very tasty. Remind me of Nairn Oat Cakes. Used Bob's Red Mill Scottish oatmeal, as in the US and do not have access to different grades of steel cut oats. Worked perfectly.

      Crisp, crunchy and slightly chewy texture. There is a pleasant (not overpowering) flavour from the treacle, coconut and butter. They spread a little during baking but seem to keep a good shape.
