This cookbook has my go-to pie crust recipe (the All-American recipe.) I get rave reviews whenever I use it. One of my favorite cookbooks!

Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Logging road blackberry apple pie

    • bching on September 19, 2021

delicious. The technique results in apples in a fragrant blackberry sauce. Served topped wiht vanilla ice cream of course.

  • Quick apple cherry pie

    • Nancith on September 18, 2018

Surprisingly good, especially since the crust used is a frozen store-bought one. The crumble topping really makes this pie (I could have eaten that by itself), but the combo of apples and frozen sweet cherries is excellent as well.
