    Recipes in the book are organized by the types of sausages used in the recipes. Some are more widely available than others and the book doesn't provide recipes for the sausages themselves. Recipes are provided for buns and some sides and condiments. Recipes that appealed include: KEBAB using a frankfurter with yoghurts sauce, chilli, iceberg lettuce, onion. THYMETIME using a chipolata with eggplant, zucchini, black olives and basil, the ROMA with chipolata, fennel, purple artichoke and tomato, PATATE with merguez, potato, pine nuts and a curry sauce. The milk bun recipe appeals as well.
