  • Marmalade bread and butter pudding

      I'll admit to having a slight fear of bread and butter pudding but this one was quite delicious. I used a mix of white bread and fruit bread and at least twice as much marmalade as suggested (home made, therefore not super sweet). The custard mix was delicious and set really well. Leftovers tasted good cold or microwaved.
