Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Skewered marinated pork (Moo ping)

    • Foodycat on April 26, 2021

I didn't make the sauce because I was using similar ingredients in a salad to accompany. This is absolutely delicious - I used Iberico pork so it was very tender anyway but the marinade, cooked over charcoal, gave an amazing flavour.

  • Thai dim sum (Khanom jeeb)

    • mjes on September 25, 2021

This is a Thai pork-filled wonton/gyoza in a purse form with garlic oil and chili sauce as condiments. The Thai taste comes from the mix of three sauces - soy, fish, and oyster. These are very, very nice and a wonderful change up from the Chinese version.
