  • Sweet and sour pork

    • Margaretsmall on May 17, 2014

My husband loves sweet and sour pork, and after trying lots of versions, I've settled on this one, which is easy and delicious. I've made it dozens of times. There's also a slightly more complex version in Kylie's 'Heart and Soul' which I also make when I can bet bothered making the pickled vegetables.

  • Stir-fried duck breasts with honey and ginger

    • kdunton on June 14, 2011

love this recipe - takes about 3 mins prep and 5 mins cooking!

  • Deep-fried eggplant with tomato dressing

    • treay on November 14, 2024

This salad is nicer when the eggplant is still warm. The combination with the tomato salsa dressing is just awesome. You can prepare the tomato dressing early in the day and let it marinade until you need it. Do not put it in the fridge, though. The tomatoes are going to lose their flavour.

  • Bean sprout salad

    • treay on February 19, 2025

So easy to make and perfect for a side dish. Loved it!

  • Mum's fried rice

    • jumali on February 28, 2012

Our favorite fried rice recipe--very easy!
