  This is a lovely silky delicious noodle dish, we had to sub shredded cabbage for the bean sprouts, and used fresh shimeji mushrooms, the Szechuan pepper salt adds a great kick at the end.

  This is brilliant and creamy polenta. I did mine in the rice cooker on 'porridge' setting - half quantity for half an hour. No need to stir until done, stir in parmesan cheese after cooking.
