      Made the entire sauce recipe but used half the amount of pasta. Messy to have to grate each veggie but worth the work. Excellent on crackers or toast as well.

      We enjoyed this a lot. I’m always on the lookout for new recipes using chicken thighs and this is a good one, especially for olive lovers. I did use Castelvetrano olives though they say any green olives will work.

      This was a very easy soup using some pantry ingredients and other things that I usually have on hand. It tasted far more complex than I imagined it would. We loved it. The sour cream is a must—I think you could add a little cream, milk or yogurt if you didn’t have sour cream. Recommend this recipe!

      As with all miso recipes, it was very salty. However, it was easy and a decent alternative to normal spaghetti recipes with red sauce. I'd make it again.

      We differed in the method by starting the chicken in a cold, dry pan, but this still came out amazing! We rounded out the meal with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.

      We really enjoyed this for supper last night. The only change I made was using the entire box of Japanese curry (about 7 oz.) instead of the 4 oz called for in the recipe. The full box provided a delicious thick gravy, and the puff pastry was a perfect top crust. Will be making again.

      Fantastic recipe. Wonderful flavors, I loved the crust. Pretty easy to make but a lot of waiting time and it needs two hours at least. I did use dried thyme instead of fresh. Otherwise followed the recipe as written. Will make often in the summer when the tomatoes are at their best.

      The idea sounded cool but I didn’t think this was that much less work than a less hydrated dough. Also I didn’t like the consistency that much and a bit too greasy because it needed a lot of oils to avoid sticking.
