      This was one of those nice recipes that was simple to make and tastes like more than the sum of its parts. I added the optional mozzarella - it was a nice addition, but not essential if you don't have any. It only served 2 in our house though!

      Really easy to make and absolutely delicious. I added one chicken thigh each to the tray of potatoes and served it with green beans on the side.

      Absolutely delicious! Such a cheap meal too. I was worried about serving this to the family but they all loved it. I used frozen sweetcorn, the flavour of the sauce was really moreish.

      Absolutely delicious, the dressing is gorgeous! We had it will halloumi and a very small amount of thinly sliced steak. I was worried it wouldn't be substantial enough but it was superb.
