      It is quick & easy. It's also very tasty. I used salmon fillet portions instead of salmon steaks/darnes. Although, as with any good pepper sauce, the substrate tends to disappear taste wise .. the salmon remains only a textural thing!

      First time I've ever had or made a laksa ... Nick Nairn doesn't usually fail me .. and have to say it was delicious. Changing up the base stock and protein I'd say it'd be great using chicken, prawns or beef. Recommend this one!
