      Despite the title, no yoghurt listed amongst the ingredients. Love using this to layer amongst poached fruits & yoghurt for an easy breakfast.

      Very quick & easy, but not especially memorable. The short marinade time did not add any of the ginger/lime flavour to the meat, but there was plenty going on in the dressing anyway.

  • Sugar spiced pork cutlets

      Thoroughly unpleasant. Maybe that’s a little unfair - the brown sugar & five-spice rub might have been great, & the pork was perfectly tender using the technique specified, but the sauce... horrible.

  • Potato gratin

      This needs to be seasoned really well as it is quite bland. A sprinkling of Parmesan might also lift this.

  • Orecchiette with duck, orange and currants

      We found this a bit so-so. The duck breasts became a bit dry after that length of cooking, though they were well-flavoured by the orange.
