I love Lorna Sass! Her recipes are fast, healthy, full of flavor, and they even look pretty!!

Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Moroccan carrot slaw

    • Nancith on August 29, 2018

A nice little salad, refreshing & tangy with lemon, warm with cumin, with a touch of extra sweetness from dried currants (or raisins, in my version). Pretty simple to whip together, although you have to pull out the food processor. Definitely will make this again.

  • Broccoli stir-fry with rice noodles

    • Nancith on July 03, 2017

Rated as very tasty by all who ate it. Super easy/quick. Had to substitute some celery, a bit of cauliflower & radish for the red bell pepper & water chestnuts, but it still worked. I used the 2nd option of "Mustard stir-fry sauce" since it was less work!
