      Delicious. Used salmon. I could not bring myself to keep the curing mix, maybe if i was replacing the fish immediately. Maybe next time.. There will be a next time.

      These are fantastic! Forget about rolling up sushi in rolls at home and having it all fall apart, these are a genius way to do it. The only we way we eat home-made sushi now :)
