  • Furikake-crusted sashimi

    • lorloff on December 19, 2020

Highly recommended use the best wasabi paste you can find it will be worth it. This dish is wonderful and easy to do. Used Kameya wasabi the second time we made it an it elevated the dish amazingly. Also we had great Furikake from Muso the Yusu version which was wonderful. This dish takes a lot of furikake to coat the tuna but it is worth it. A wonderful result will continue making as our go to yellowfin tuna dish.

Lovely lemon chicken;Lovely lemon sauce. Made exactly as written except I omitted the food coloring in the sauce.

  • 'Onolicious teri-glazed meat loaf

    • kbrooks on March 02, 2025

Made this as meatballs in the Teri Glaze. Delicious. Reduced the soy sauce in the Glaze to 3 tablespoons, as it was way too salty with the full amount.

  • Backyard-style barbecued ribs

    • kbrooks on March 02, 2025

Really like this. Used baby back ribs. Substituted Italian parsley for the cilantro. Served with just the backyard BBQ sauce, omitting the Teri sauce. Didn't take as long to cook: 1/2 hour in foil and 1/2 hour uncovered basting.

  • Fresh island sautéed spinach

    • kbrooks on March 02, 2025

So simple and easy. So tasty!
