      Fine but I wouldn't make again. Somehow not beety enough and had kind of a weird aftertaste (my guess is the apple?) Addition of celery root was appreciated. I took a shortcut on using the 3 kinds of meat and just used 1 lb of pulled pork, which worked well. Overall flavors just got confused. Also I left out the beans because the "soup" was getting far too bulky.
