Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Winter soup with oxtail and chickpeas

    • wodtke on December 19, 2017

Pretty good; better the next day. Rather than refrigerating overnight to solidify the fat, I used an Oxo fat separator. Worked fine. Be careful not to burn the chopped chorizo.

  • Chorizo and potato tortilla

    • wodtke on December 19, 2017

Huge success. Cooked in oven at 350, rather than on the cooktop, until just starting to brown (we don't like browned eggs). No need to flip. Was done perfectly.
