Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Spiced snapper with nutty rice

    • Deanste on August 31, 2016

This is a great recipe and the flavor of the nutty rice is amazing and compliments the fish perfectly. I lay slices of lemon on the outside of the fish when cooking so as not to burn the skin and it adds a little lemon flavor to the fish also.
