  • Curry spiced turkey meatballs over lemon rice

    • TwinMomJen on August 24, 2012

Great mix of flavors for a very Indian taste. I love the use of ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also used quinoa instead of rice (same proportions). Very good!

    • ecasey830 on December 14, 2014

      Delicious! I used jasmine rice

  • Everything lo mein (MYOTO)

    • LoriPedro on October 03, 2010

Any meat can be substituted in this. Makes a TON..so good!

  • Chicken Caesar burgers

    • AgusiaH on March 22, 2014

      not bad but nothing special

  • Spinach-artichoke cheesy tortellini

    • sldoug on April 08, 2016

I was a little worried about how rich this recipe might be so I used half and half instead of cream and it was still definitely creamy and delicious (I also used 20 oz tortellini, 12 oz spinach and chopped the onion rather than grating). I loved the spinach and artichokes, I don't know how much it reminded me of the dip, but it was still tasty. Sadly my kids didn't love it but I found it nicely comforting.
