      Delicious, with wonderful depth of flavor. I couldn’t find pearl onions anywhere, so I went with a similar preparation using thinly sliced shallots. Lovely recipe, we really enjoyed this.

      Didn't have parsnips or juniper berries but was delicious anyway. Makes a lot!! I added a slurry to thicken sauce a bit. Would definitely make again.
