Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Granola bars

These are delicious, but they were quite crumbly. Next time I'll press them into the pan more and chill them before cutting.

  • Sticky pear and cinnamon buns

Definitely a bit more effort than regular cinnamon buns as you need to cook the pears too but omg it's delicious! I used chocolate chips rather grated chocolate and didn't weigh it- just gave them a sprinkle over the top so there was an even scattering. Baked for 25 mins in my top oven at 180 then drizzled over the toffee sauce and gave it another 9. They were delicious and definitely one to make again!
