  • Cauliflower couscous with tahini sauce

      I didn't use saffron and used less harissa (3tbsp). Next time I'd use 75g of raisins as I felt it was too many. Really great dish though! I also used less tahini in the sauce.

  • Creamy garlic, asparagus & egg pasta

      Nice, but the sauce would benefit from leaving the grated garlic to infuse before cooking. It was bland the first day but much better the second!

  • Mushroom tostadas

      I used feta instead of goats cheese and added avocado. A solidly good weekend brunch option.

  • Paneer & sweet pepper curry

      Nice, easy curry. I used coconut milk instead of cream and made it in a pan instead of the oven. With a whole can of coconut milk this made four portions.
